The Taking Care of Business Program seeks qualified nonprofit applicants to provide regularly scheduled sidewalk litter removal within neighborhood commercial corridors. Applicants may also propose supplemental activities such as power washing and tree care. The opportunity runs from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with the possibility of up to four renewals. All identified TCB areas are open for proposals. Applicants must submit a proposal through eContract Philly detailing how they will meet service requirements or achieve deliverables.
