This grant supports community-based suicide prevention coalitions across Minnesota to implement the 2027–2032 Minnesota Suicide Prevention Plan. It funds multisector partnerships and community members to strengthen mental wellbeing and build capacity for comprehensive suicide prevention from 2027 to 2031.
