Up to £200,000 in capital funding is available for community-led projects that enhance Hartlepool's parks, public spaces, beaches, community assets, and neighbourhood spaces. Eligible projects include building improvements, accessibility works, fixed equipment, play facilities, and heritage repairs. Priority is given to areas of greatest need and Mission Critical Neighbourhoods. Staffing and running costs are not funded.
Eligible applicants include voluntary and community organisations, registered charities, social enterprises, community groups, parish councils, educational institutions, public sector organisations, and partnerships for capital projects in Hartlepool.
