The ISN Fellowship Program offers nephrology training to physicians from low resource countries, with options for short-term (3-6 months) and long-term (7-12 months) clinical training. Applicants for 12-month training must complete the Fellowship Foundation Course and obtain certificates before applying. Selected fellows participate in ISN Academy courses during hands-on training to enhance skills and leadership in nephrology care.
