This grant supports research focused on physiatric rehabilitation for individuals with cancer-related disabilities. Funded projects should address cancer rehabilitation, outcomes research, or comparative effectiveness research. Applicants must submit a detailed application including project purpose, outcomes, budget, institutional support, and CV. Awardees must start promptly and submit reports within 24 months. The award is presented at the American Academy of PM&R Annual Assembly.
Applicants or at least one co-investigator must be members of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or the Association of Academic Physiatrists. Institutional sponsorship is required.
