This grant supports research on Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine targeting individuals with physical disabilities under age 21. It funds studies on best practices, models of care, and outcomes, with special emphasis on outcomes research. Applicants must submit a detailed project purpose, outcomes, budget, institutional support letter, and CV. Awardees must start promptly and report progress within 24 months.
Applicants or at least one co-investigator must be members of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or the Association of Academic Physiatrists. Membership is required for eligibility.
