This grant supports individual artists residing full-time in the SEMAC Region to develop new creative work in Dance, Literary Arts, Music, Theatre, Visual Arts, and interdisciplinary arts. Funded projects must culminate in a public engagement such as a performance, exhibition, workshop, or publication at an accessible venue provided by a non-profit or approved organization. Matching funds are not required, and grants are taxable income. Artists identifying as BIMPOC, PWD, Veterans, Seniors, and LGBTQIA2+ are encouraged to apply.
