This fellowship offers 6 to 12 months of support for doctoral students and postdocs conducting research in digital humanities focused on European history since 1500. It funds projects that design or continue research using digital humanities methods. Applicants from Germany and abroad are eligible. Applications are submitted online with the next call in 2027.
Eligible applicants are doctoral students or postdocs in digital humanities from Germany or abroad. Postdocs must have completed their PhD within the last three years and meet dissertation progress requirements.
