This grant supports New York State farmers, food processors, and distributors enrolled in the NYS Grown & Certified Program to cover research and development costs for launching new food products or increasing production and distribution of existing products. Funded activities include consulting, technical services, market research, product development, food lab testing, certification training, and farm-to-institution specialist services.
